Depending on line thickness, adjust the amount of turns. I usually use five or six turns, but I'm on 50 to 80 lb. on the top side. The bigger stuff, like weadeater line, I use crimps. On the smaller stuff, 15 to 30, I always go six turns. Maybe five if the line is stiff. But never three. Three will pull out. Great knot and does away with swivels.
