Tinkering with the Water Wolf Camera

Been tinkering the Water Wolf Camera! Made more mods for casting purposes. Able to catch a nice Catfish while testing it out! Saturday's Video.

More fun with the Water Wolf Camera; only one Catfish but it was a nice one! Murky water but still able to get some video. Current from the surface was not noticeable but from the video could see a strong current underwater. Today's Post.

This round of testing resulted in one Catfish caught, another lost while landing it. Did get another one but did not get video of it. All went for bait!

Working on one more mod to the camera rigging. We think the next test will show a better angle of the fish taking and/or playing with the bait. Hope to try it later today.

Short video that may explain why we keep losing out bait!

Did some fishing with the Wine Cork Micro Fly Rod while working on u/w video action shots of the fish in a couple of ponds. Caught a number of Bluegill/Sunfish with a Tenkara Fly. No action shots of fish taken our bait but did get a lot fish activity plus turtle activity! Video.

Only one Catfish but was able to get the u/w video we were looking for. Also, was great to see it was fish instead of turtles that were toying with our bait - Live Bluegill! Tuesday's Video.

Struck out but did see what was biting... Oh well, cannot get them all! Video.

Cool. I'd not heard of the Water Wolf.

Found it by accident while surfing the net late one evening. Works well for seeing what has been lurking nearby while fishing.

Here is one from a local pond that picked up on Bluegill, Turtles, and a couple of Bass. Video.

Struck out today. Tried getting underwater action shots trolling with the Water Wolf Camera. Too murky but did get a glimpse of a little gar in of the clips.

Got one this round. A White Bass that went for a Slab. Did get more u/w video of the fish that did not get hooked. Will combine with yesterday's video. Here is a snapshot of the one that wanted the Slab! Unfortunately, did not get the strike on video; did have another strike and miss a crappie jig. Got that one on video. Will have to slow the video down. Fish was fast!

Put in the kayak and rigged up with a Crappie Jig and Slab Rig. Lots of wind and waves making the water visibility tough for the Water Wolf Camera. Luckily, did get a glimpse of a little gar! Video.

Made it to Clear Lake Park Sunday morning on Lavon. Got the annual pass and fished the area around the boat ramps and the island. Only one but did get some underwater video! Video.

More underwater video from a round of kayak fishing. Still editing the video. Murky conditions make it tough to see the strikes. Caught two fish only but did see others in clips so far. Including we think is a Gaspergou... tough to tell. Picture.
