Wildfire in Bastrop TX - Wow

I'm not the video shooter, but you can see the bad situation they're in down in the Bastrop TX area. Last report said approximately 15,000 acres and 300 homes lost.

Prayers out for the well-being of those on duty right now who can't just throw a u-turn and flee.

Damn. That sucks.
I feel bad for the folks that lost their homes. Prayers sent out to them and the ones on duty trying to contain it all.


I stepped out of Academy yesterday here in Katy (with +30 MPH winds). I smelled something burning, and sure enough, there was a grass fire no more than a mile away. The firefighters were able to contain it though.
