I feel like trying inshore fishing. And might make a sparatic trip to houston and try to fish. Anyone care to let me in on some public knowledge about where I could go or want to pm me some spots? Thanks!
Spots nearest to houston include: seawolf park; surfside jetty (quintana jetty as well), galveston jetties (north jetty is more accessible), GISP.
+1 to above, and there are many miles of public beach space in Galveston and surrounding areas that you can surf fish in. Not sure what is biting there right now, but you can't go wrong with a popping cork set-up and live (or dead) shrimp hooked beneath.
