Z Boaz Dog Park - 02/12/16 05:39 PM
They just opened a dog park in Ft. Worth at the old Z Boaz golf course, looks like there still some ponds there, yall think it would be frowned upon to just go in there and fish them?

Been fishing them the past few years. No problems so far. Small bass and tiny panfish. But if you are close and need to wet a line, you will catch something. Good place to take new folks.
I have not been since they reopened as a dog park, but I am guessing it is the same.

It's at Lackland and Camp Bowie Blvd. West Ft. Worth. Not worth a lengthy trip to get there. But, as mentioned earlier, a good place to introduce kids to fishing. Lots of perch. Some small bass, channel cat, etc.
I should check it out. I live I the west side near Mary's Creek
