Going to Lavon Dam for the first time am i allowed to fish at night by the dam and how do i get there please tell me??

Me and my wife went up there around 1am in the morning gates we're open but no one was catching anything

as far as I seen last night you can most people with fishing with glow sticks

no fish there, just ghosts at night
