Greenbriar park trout stocking

Does anyone have any idea what time they are stocking Greenbriar? I can't get ahold of anyone at the Fish and Wildlife dept to find out. Thanks!

Easy, just look for the packed parking lot and the elbow to elbow bank fisherman. And that will be when its stocked.

I don't know how they managed to find smaller trout than they stocked last year but they did.
Fun for kids I guess.

If you pay for a fishing license, the locals will piss you off real fast here. Stringers of over limit fish without the thought that you helped pay to put the fish there. Can't stand that place. Sorry for the rant in advance

Nice size today. Four big netfulls and a plastic basket too. Three beauties in the oven right now. Mmmm... Easy limit in 45 minutes. Or less.

yep we did well on em ourselves in the rain and mist Friday ....
11 trout 4 catfish later afternoon ...2 hours
kept our 10 larger trout ...
gave 1 cat and one smaller trout away
released the other 3 cats ....
lost at least 3 nice fish as well ...
seemed like ok size trout to me ....

How long will these fish last in the fridge once cleaned?

I caught 5 nice ones out there this morning :-) First time I've ever trout fished out there, and it sure was fun!

So anymore left in there? Last time they stocked about a week ago. I may try it tomorrow with my 10 yrs boy and 5 yrs old girl.

I went on feb.5th to check it out they just stocked that day. I caught 3 trout 2 of them around 12 inches and another around 8... Im gonna go check it out today also.
