Lake Worth

Just thought I let you guys know I caught 3 sand bass and a 10 pound blue cat in about 4 hours… I was under the north side of the 199 bridge. I’ve had some luck there in the last couple months despite the cold.
They were hitting about 30 yards from shore around 9am to 1pm.
I was rigged up drop shot style about 2 feet from the bottom with medium sized minnows. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR FISHING LICENSE Fort Worth PD shows up there every time I go there and cards me for my fishing license, FYI.

thats weird i thought only the TPWD were the only ones to card you for fishing license

Great! just don't bring the fish home and eat them. Check out the TPWD about this lake.

The Fort Worth Marshall's office has a station on Lake Worth. Every time that I have dealt with one of the marshalls, they have been really cool to me.
