Westworth Village

Hey Guys,

Not sure if anyone is familiar with westworth village.
But there are 2 big bodies of water that run along the trinity trails.
Wondering if anyone has done any catfishing or anything in it?

Used to fish the larger one years ago used to catch some big fish my best was around 6 lbs did see a few 8 and 9's but it got bad because people where keeping all they where catching didn't matter what size years ago it was covered with lily pads it was good back in the day haven't fished it in 15 years might try it might have come back. The smaller pond was mainly a perch hole

What kind of fish have you caught?
You ever seen or heard of catfish being pulled out of there?
Was there last year, didnt see alot of cover.

Largemouth that's all I ever fish

Big pond good bass small pond is a dink fest. Pond stays stained to muddy. Fish silhouette pattern (dark colors)

I may go chunk some texas rigged worms and crawdads, darker in color.
