Im new to this hand tieng , and i lose to many jigs so maybe weed guard would help.What do you think?

Looks like a nice deal!! How sturdy do the weed guards feel? If they have some decent strength to em just might work!!! I'm intrigued to hear how they do!!! What do you use for the guards?

Jason, I ride my bike almost everyday on White Rock Lake.I can meet you out there and give you some of those jigs ,and you can do the test since I do not have a boat(kayak and tube).Guards is 40 lb test mono. -Roman
