Now Available, 1/64 and 1/80 oz Jigheads.
I have had many requests, and shipped these two sizes all over the country. They are now available on my website. The two sizes are in high demand because they drop slowly. Seems the cooler temps all over the country have caused Crappie to have a late spawn, These drop very slowly, and picky eating Crappie are hitting very hard.

I am amazed at how many of these jigs are selling. I personally never used lighter than 1/32 oz!

I get alot of questions about hook sizes.
Sickle and Round aberdeen are available in the weight & sizes listed below
The smallest I sale is #8 Aberdeen Sickle Hooks.
Weights for all sizes are:
1/80, 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4 ounce
The sizes from Smallest to largest are:
#8
#6
#4
#2
#1
Matzuo USA is bankrupt, we still have a few thousand available in most sizes, but are making the transition to Eagle Claw lil Nasty Sickle. We have tested and are happy with the results.

Aberdeen means made of thin wire, having a long shank and a short barbed point.

What hook us used for various sized plastics?
1-1.5" plastics, usually #8 and #6 hooks.
1.5-2" plastics, generally the most ordered hook is #4.
2.5 -3.5, Usually #2 sometimes #1 hooks.
Fishing brush-piles, #6 or #8.
I hope this helps.
