Hello all,
The Katy Bassmasters are holding their 2nd annual Mike Conaway benefit tournament.
For those of you not familiar Mike Conaway was a BASS member fishing a regional event on Lake Conroe last year and passed from a boating accident during the tournament.
For those of you that don't know Mike Conaway was a man that extended his hand out to help others. He did so in a way by adopting children and giving them a loving home with parents that cared. Mike and his wife adopted 4 kids and gave them a family. With Mike passing it has been hard on his wife to provide on a teachers salary but, she manages.
We members of the SE TX BASS Nation are doing our part to help this family in anyway that we can. This a good event for a great cause. If you have the extra time come fish with us. If you don't have time to fish come purchase some raffle tickets and you might win a cool prize. If you have ever thought about fishing any BASS Nation events come on out, there will be many anglers representing all our different clubs and one could be in your area.
This is a team event. 150.00 per team with a 20.00 Big Bass Bounty. There will be a 500.00 guarantee on the Big Bass Bounty. It isn't listed on the digital flyer yet as this donation just came in.
We will have a multitude of raffle prizes that I will update as we get closer.
