Mercer and his production team simply make the best promo videos in the business. Everyone else can just stop trying and concede the loss. I didin't think he could top last year and I think he did. Tons of great GoPro shots in that vid.

Yeah, I know there are those who consider Dave's emceeing of Bassmasters a beating. Of course, which emcee since Ray Scott have people not said that about? Mercer's funny as heck. Love his show. He's one helluva fisherman, too!

Mercer is a good dude and he works hard for BASS. I'd like to see the people who complain about him climb up on stage and try to manage the crowd and that part of the weigh in so we could critique them as well. Thanks for posting the vid.

His show is great! He covers a ton of bases on techniques that I always get something out of.

Everything I have ever seen out of him has been awesome. Really cool to see the video of him fishing with Brent Homan's son on Tablerock...he took them out and Brent's son caught an awesome smallie...he didn't have to do that! Great guy in my book.
