TLC Falcon Lake lodging open for business

Now taking reservations. This place was designed for fisherman and is brand new construction. The amenities include the following: covered boat parking, Microwave, cooktop, Grill, the best coffee in Zapata, 40 inch smart tv's with dish network. The place has a waterfront view and is located in the safest neighborhood in Zapata. Pictures to follow.

I know Billy, and he is a good guy, and his place is really nice. Plus, he lives on the lake and can give you some really great info on Falcon and where the fish are.

I also caught my personal best down there using one of his/his wife's TLC oversized brush hogs, so be sure to check them out!

Stayed there last week. Great place and great host! Billy will keep you updated as to what and where the fish are biting as well. Will do it again for sure.

Stayed there last weekend. Billy's a cool dude that's easy to get along with and will put you on spots, then it's up to you to catch em, lol. Nice place located in same neighborhood as the boat ramp, you can be on the water in minutes. Recommended .

Ill be there 11-15 March. I cant wait billy is top notch and will square you away as far as the bite goes.

Just spent Memorial day weekend here with my wife and 2 of my kids (11 year old and 2 year old). Very comfortable stay!

any last minute trips in June looking for a place to stay. covered boat parking, 40 inch tv's with prerecorded fishing shows. Cheaper than the holiday inn and no clean up fees required

This is absolutely the best place to stay when fishing FALCON,,,,,,or traveling to Sugar. The place is wonderful and comfortable. I have stayed there 2 times now for a total of 10 days. It has all the comforts of home with everything you need just a short distance from the front door. Be sure to bring extra food and drinks because Bassin Billy will be over telling you where they are biting and what he is catching them on, but I suggest you use him for a guide. Caught my PB 4 times on my last trip down there. Just kept getting better and better.
