Those are made by Comal, come in a couple of sizes and colors and are sold everywhere.

When I drift I use a 3 way swivel on 4-6 rods. Main line 20 lb. to the swivel, leader for sinker straight down from the main line 2-3 ft. On the "T" of the swivel I use 30-40 lb. clear mono leader 2-3 ft. long then drift them at different depths to find the actively feeding fish.

You can also use a paternoster or Kentucky rig. There are many ways to do this. Most rigs boil down to two types: Carolina rig or Kentucky rig.
