Big Catfish from bank near Fort Hood! (help)

Hey, so I recently got stationed at fort hood and I've been trying to find a good spot (from the shore) to fish for some big catfish. I've tried cowhouse creek, and belton dam with not a lot of luck. Caught little catfish at both spots, and only one decent sized flathead. I go fishing almost everyday I'm a huge addict for big cats, and need a spot from the bank where i can catch some. Any info will be really helpful thanks.

What do you do with the big cats when you catch one ?

There's a lot of jug and trot lining on Belton so #'s are really down

I let them go ofcourse. I fish strictly
for sport
