Happens alot this time of year. If you get angled streaks running thru it you got fish cutting thru the school ( probably Sand Bass )

it can also be algae and plankton that gathers in the water column after the sun goes down, real common

You will also see "clutter" on your screen in the Fall (typically starting in Sept) as the lake begins it's turnover.
