Anybody know where I can find this?

Below is an image of what I'm looking for, except I need the safety pin on the opposite side. I know they are made (I've seen them) I just don't know where to find them.

what do you use them kind of hooks for?

For use when fishing with live bait. I want to run the safety pin down the back of of the bait which allows the fish to swim more naturally in the water (at least this is my theory!).

Not to put down your theory or anything, but you might be over thinking it. If a Catfish isn't eating your live bait, it's not because it doesn't look natural enough. It's because there isn't any there.
