Cedar Creek or Tawakoni

Can someone tell me if the cats have moved up shallow at either of these lakes yet? If so, what are you using? Cork or bottom rig? Any other tips of where you are catching them? Thanks!!!

Wind blown main lake points...fresh shad and it's guaranteed fish fry!
