Granger Report - 2/14/16

Hey guys!

Me and 2 buds from work hit up Granger yesterday, fishing right before the dam on that little beach area (pictured below) - 9 poles in the water with chicken liver/hot dogs/dannky kings and another dip bait - Couldn't get any shad with the cast net - Wind was blowing towards friendship it looked like, we probably should have moved over there (one friend was stubborn about moving since they had caught a nice cat there last weekend)-- they don't really know about wind/baitfish patterns, etc-- 0 fish few bites but from turtles.. lol-- anyone else hit Granger from the bank and have any luck???

I feel your pain on the friends that don't want to move because they have gotten bites there before.

I have a boat my 2 boys and I 0. And we have 17 jugs out with chicken liver. Nothing. Dont feel bad. Crappie will pick up here in a couple weeks spawning.

We didn't fish Granger this weekend. Plan is to set out jugs this Friday after work. Thanks for the report.
