tough lake. been fishing it my whole life. she can be good and bad.
bad more often than not. look for the trees one the east and west sides. right now they are mostly submerged.

I have to agree with Bigpoppa on this one. It is a tough lake, but thats what makes it so rewarding when you do well!!!

i remember when you caught that big girl. madcatter use to do well consistently there. last weekend went with 11 other kayaker and we all ALL skunked. I fished the north side mostly dam area. i even used an eart worm for anything not even a hit!

God I love that pic.i have the lake record certificate framed on my wall. Lol..What's the water temp there? Use the biggest shad you can find. And try the patch of timber (which I hear is submerged) that is in between Richardson slough and the dam tower

Fish in the thickest timber you can find where that star is on the north end

If you find crappie mid depth in tress sometimes Big Blues hang out underneath.......... nuts
