Stubby's bait customer service

Is great !
I ordered 2 tubs on the thanksgiving special and one of the tops was cracked by the post office
I called them up to get a top and they sent me a whole tub of it

Stubby send me some bait and left the stink out but promised to mail a small vile of mercaptan, said it would smell just like the others, but never has so I guess that is bad service on good bait.

What's this "mercaptan" you speak of?

was I going to ship it or u come by ,I m just not sure.

mercaptan is the scent added to propane and butane by state law.

My Stubby's bait smells horrible. It might be because it has been sitting outside for almost 2 years. It is black and smells pretty horrendous. I need to order some more, but the stuff is still catching fish.

Yep two year might be to long need to use a little quicker
