Hey yall tell me what your thoughts are about my friends new lure he is designing

I don't know what kind of lure I'd use if I was targeting catfish, other than I wouldn't use a lure, but I did catch this guy today on a rooster tail.

Just my opinion: What's the point of fishing if the lure does all the work for you? I guess you still gotta reel it in yourself.

Yeah, that's the #1 thing. I learned that the hard way is selling my floats. I was showing people how I made'em, told the story of how my dad made floats, how I took up floats making after died, and no one cared. I showed one video of me catching fish with my floats and people started buying.

I bet I could take a pack of rubber band, hook on a line, and if they caught fish, people would buy it.
