Still waiting to hear something about the Moffat Community Center tournament on Belton. That is all that I know of locally. Still don't know if or when that is going to happen this year.
Hopefully next year we will have a cen-tex series going.

Farmers has one this weekend. It's their second annual and they do a good job. Weigh in will be Saturday and Sunday at cedar ridge boat ramp. They have a lot of sponsors and give aways too.

199lbs was the winning weight. Big fish was 49lbs. All the sponsors really made this thing. 1st brought home little over $1000 with top 3 getting paid and big fish paid $520. Entry fee was $100 and $30 for big fish. There were 11 teams.

Sounds like a good tournament. With a little advertising I bet they could draw a lot more teams. Maybe you can post a flyer on here next year? Putting some up at Academy, Walmart, and some of the stores around the lake would help as well.
