I went to the lake yesterday and there was some BIG catfish in the flooded timber feeding on carp eggs. I tried to grab that sucker but he was too big and swam away. There was big fish all around and they were bumping into me it was awesome!

I have bowfished like that in knee to waste deep water. Chased some tilapia and carp into a little bend and had a few bounce off my legs. Long as its not in gator country I say go for it.

Friend of mine was fishing standing water like that and he got bit right on the head of his.....I ran to the doctor real fast to get him help and the doc told me to make a small cut and suck on it and the poison would come out. When I got back to him he said "what did the doc say". I said, he said you are a dead SOB.

That was fun I don't think anyone would understand how many fish there were in the water it seemed like all the fish had been washed down to that spot I went back and they were already gone 1 of those once in a lifetime oportunities the 50 pounders were in the bushes I even had one beak the line off story of my life all the experience don't make a dam if you hook that sucker and he breaks the line my advice is to let him run with it and hope he doesn't wrap around a log...

Yes that's exactly what happened I tried to climb thru some mess and I had ants on me bad but I just swam away the ants didn't bother me the fish were ... to put it lightly biting my butt 3 times something bit me back there ! There was literally big fish every where gar carp and catfish going crazy
