RHBC Monthly Meeting! Thursday May 7th! - 05/03/15 04:36 PM
The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will be holding our fifth meeting of 2015 on Thursday May 7th. The meeting will be held at Bass Pro Garland downstairs in the restaurant patio. The meeting will start at 7:00PM. We will be taking memberships for the upcoming year. Membership costs $30.00 and that is a family membership. Parents, siblings and children are all included.
We will be discussing the results of the April tournament on Lake Tyler. The high finishers will share what they did to catch em. We will also be discussing our May tournament coming up on Saturday May 9th on my personal favorite lake Lake Ray Roberts... Yeah right.
Tournament hours are 7-3 out of Jordan Park. We will be posting all details here on TFF. Remember, if you want to fish any RHBC tournament for the rest of the year you must be a member and you cannot join at the ramp, so come out and join the Club! We will also be choosing a ramp and tournament hours for our June event on Bob Sandlin.
We will be looking to get people paired up with a partner. If you need a ride or have an open back seat, we'll try and find someone for you to fish with! If you cannot come to the meeting, but have an open seat or need a ride, send me a PM or drop me an e-mail and we'll do what we can. If you are looking to join the Club, see our Secretary Russell Olds when you come in. He and Treasurer David Simmons will take care of getting you signed up for the year. New or returning member, you will be expected to fill out an info sheet to make sure we have the latest contact information for our roster and also a TFF screen name as well. We will also be taking your picture so we have faces to go with names for our web site. We will be going over information on our big kid fishing derby and Club picnic. It looks like this will be the main chance for most to get their community event in so be prepared to come out to that one. If you ordered a shirt or hoodie I will have them with me for distribution. We will also be talking about a new way to get chips turned back in that Eric Vidal has come up with and it should simplify things at the end of your fishing day. As always lots to cover so bring your appetite as wait staff will be there for your food and drink orders. See some old friends and make some new ones! See you on the 7th!
