Excel Template for new bass club chapter

I am getting together a DFW chapter of Bass-N-Badges and have about given up on getting excel to add pounds and ounces. Tossing out of lifeline to see if anyone has a template already done i can use for the club. I have tried numerous formulas and I'm sure i am messing something. Looks like this has been hashed out on other forums but i just cant get the formula right. Any help out there?
