Is it just for soft plastics? I have some bone colored Top Dawgs that I want to color pink. What do I use?
A mixture of Red Spike It and Chart. Spike It. Test, Test and Test on pieces of PVC, until you get the mix right. You can use a cotton swab to apply the mix.
Fingernail Polish will work also. Then top coat after it drys with 2/ton epoxy.

Or just use pink spike it..
