How come you never see a little bit of blue or chartruse on the back of a bluegill/sunfish crainkbait ? Just thought it was a neat idea

Bois is the sunfish painting expert around here, I bet he can do it. I personally fail almost every time I try to paint sunfish or crappie. Does sound like an interesting idea though.

Most gills when you see them in the water have chartreuse markings on or near their tail. I know what he is talking about. I planned on adding them to my attempt at a gill and forgot.
