i was inspired by "bois" and his bream. turned out ok but overall i think it's too dark. classic case of not being able to stop spraying paint. when will i learn??

Like it...not sure how you got that purplish tint on the back, but it looks good.

the lighter green is foilage and the darker green is foliage with a drop or two of black added. then i misted the back with pearl white. the pearl over the darker green gives it a purplish cast. the foilage is a walmart/hobby lobby acrylic paint that i think was $0.50 for a 2 oz bottle. it gets cut about 50/50-60/40 water to paint.
