Tawakoni White Bass - 09/21/17 01:12 AM

Feels good to have my graph back again...after tweaking on it this morning I decided to go after some white bass...caught and released over fifty magnums and caught a couple hybrids mixed in...all were caught on Mepps #4's...they seemed to want it burned off bottom two or three cranks in 14 to 15 fow and would hammer it nearly every cast :-)...ton o fun rite there!!!

Welcome to the Mepps party. Guides have been among the most hesitant to go to Mepps. I took one out right after my DMN article came out in 2009 - he wanted to check out this new method. Well, we fished for a couple of hours, and he kept trying to out fish me with a slab. He never even tried the Mepps. I caught 10 to his one! Glad you are on board!

Nice twok mepps report. Mepps is urban legend anddoest work! Lol. Well DC, many newbies on guides boats can't cast and harder to cast on a full boat too. smile
