Eagle Mountain Guide Report 9/8 to 9/13/17 - 09/13/17 08:54 PM
The fish are still cooperating on Eagle Mountain Lake this week with some really nice hybrids to 8 pounds showing themselves. The lake temp has dropped to 78 degrees on the surface...... almost a ten degree drop in the past 10 days. The lake level is almost two feet low and the pattern has changed again. We have caught most of our fish this week in 7 to 15 feet of water and the bite has been early and then off like a switch at 10:30 or 11am. We are still catching our fish on the slab and fly combo and the top water bite is essentially non existent at this point. The numbers seem to have gone down a little bit but the quality has gone up. The bite should pick up as we head into the fall and they really start chowing down for winter. We still have some openings for September and October if you want to get out and put the smackdown on some fish! Check out photos and reports at www.facebook.com/tntguideservice
