Lake Livingston white/hybrid bass fishing 8-16 - 08/16/17 10:16 PM
Fishing has been excellent all summer on Lake Livingston for white bass and now the hybrids have heated up as well.
Trapperjon and I took out repeat customers Daniel and his son Quintin this morning and fishing was really good.
They caught their white bass limit early casting to the bank in 2' FOW with our urging so we could chase hybrids afterwards.
They caught two nice ones when a brief top water school broke out and then later after bagging their white bass we sniped the hybrids until the guys had their limit.
I will never get tired of watching young kids wrestle with those big hybrids, it makes for fun on the water.
50 white bass and ten hybrids, they had a good day.
