A new trick

Picked up a new MG Xi5 from David at Shut-up-and-fish this afternoon and the wife helped me install it, haven't had it in the water yet but this thing it quieter than a mouse whizzing on a cotton ball.

The old MinnKota had seen better days, this new MotorGuide is quieter,quicker to lock up and seems to use less stored energy.

There is no comparison with the spot lock, MotorGuide hit it out of the park.
