I have some deep divers that I am going to paint for trolling for hybrids and stripers. What color scheme do y'all prefer?

Lake Palestine hybrids can't resist a DD 22 in blue back chartruse belly. Just too many treble hooks

Personally I love the white/black stripped "baby striper" pattern Hellbenders. I leave a hook in it and usually get a few Hybrids on it when I fish Twok.

+1, I like black or blue and chrome. Orange bellies too but trolling is a last resort for me.

What rods do y'all use for trolling? Just a medium action anything?

7 foot ugly stick medium action. You don't need anything fancy for trolling but the extra length will help with hooking. I like the cabela's quick draw rod holders, as they allow you to get the rod out of the rod holder pretty fast.
