That would be awesome! I fish RC all the time and have caught some monster Hybrids, I have never caught a striper and was wondering if someone had.

Most of the bigger Hybrid have yet to show. I have only caught one keeper so far and probably 60 juvies.

Best of luck. One or two fish may very well win this thing. I've caught a million under hybrids this year, but I've yet to find a keeper.

I am hopeful that the fishing will be good. This is the time of year that the big Hybrid's start showing up. Sure going to give it a try. Just wishing the wind would be a little less tomorrow.

if you don't fish it come out to the weigh-in at 3:00pm at Fisherman's Point Marina & Resort.

Guessing that if anyone knows the answer to "Where did the Keepers Go", they're are keeping it Top Secret. NONE of the Guides that fish RC know the answer and that's for sure. The "Live Bait" Guides even resorted to fishing Whitney till it closed a couple of weeks ago. Really puzzling after a very good couple of years on the Big Hybrids and now they're not to be found. The bigger Whites were a little late in making an appearance this Spring, so hopefully the Bigger Hybrids will show at some point. We've been catching 50-100 12" Hybrids since early April. confused

Dang. I hate to say I told you so but....I quit trying to figure out Richland Chambers. Where did they go? I hope they are still hanging out wherever it is they go every winter, and not in the Trinity River. However,I suspect we lost a ton of fish down the river. They would be showing up in the main part of the lake by now if they were still there in any numbers. We are going to start driving a little further and just go fish CC more this summer.

I hate you guys had a bad outing on RC. We were really hoping to be able to fish this tournament, but rescheduled kid baseball games created a conflict. Hopefully future years will be better.

Ya know, we caught a lot of fish, lots of undersize Hybrids, tons of sandbass. Not that many years ago I would have thought it was an amazing day! On the water and catching lots of fish, but now............

I guess I have gotten spoiled....LOL.

We will get them next time.

Caught this beauty on RC last year, I let her go. I hope she is still there for someone else to catch.
