anyone fish whites with a speck rig?

A buddy was telling to troll a multi bait speck rig on Livingston for whites.

Any thoughts to this?

Best results are under a cork, also use a # 12 pet spoon under cork with @ 4-6 foot tag line, silver with yellow feathers. Long sweeping retrieve, pause repeat. Idea is to let spoon ketch up with cork.

I have used he rig many times in past with siuccess. My secrey was to rig two(2) lures different size tied on two different lenght and test. Result was a natural. spread of lures. Guess it was m,y version of the alabama rig
