Tawakoni spillway tomorrow?

Thinking about trying to fish the spillway tomorrow for some dandies or such. I'm thinking of a slip cork with a slab or something below it?

You guys think it will be fishable? How would you fish it?

The only guy I have seen that actually caught a hybrid, was throwing a cork with a roadrunner with a surf rod all the way to the dam. I tried it but couldn't cast far enough and if u don't have a cork u just get hung up. Good luck
