Shout out to the air boat guides at Denison Dam

I want to thank the two air boat guides this past Saturday on the river . I took my 11 year old grandson DJ up for the first time for some striper action but no luck on any of the artificial lures we were throwing for about 3 hours. So around noon 2 guide boats showed up and offered to let us tie up and he set our rods up with hooks and shad. We instantly started catching fish and you talk about a boys eyes lighting up and really getting excited and all of the high fives for bringing him fishing. So I think the guides name was Sean so both of you I owe you a Big T
hanks for allowing us to share a memory that will last us a life time. PS we were ones in the 2 man pond boat.

They were a blessing to make are fishing trip a success, we got up around 4:30 and drove up from Mansfield and was hesitant on launching the little boat due to no truck and the sandy launch area. Any how DJ insisted we give it a try and glad we did. The guide baited our hooks and the fish hit it as soon as it hit the water and it was a blast . As we were leaving I offered to pay/tip him and he refused to take anything.

That is Absolutely fantastic stuff right their congratulations to your son. Any one know who the guide might be? Would really A nice Thanksgiving to get them a little promotion on here. Good to see people to take time out of their job to do their job for the love of the job(Nice to have a job you love at that).
