If you've never been there, find a good map that'll show the forest of trees that are starting to stick out again. I think I saw One at Holiday Marina. Good luck.

State Park and Holiday Marina are good, safe ramps. There are many acres of trees in the middle of the lake, 45+ft. Few trees are up but most are just under the surface. You need a good map. Be careful and food luck!

Between State Park and Sun Point many trees are now showing. Just as many under the surface. Take it slow through there.

Make no mistake about it. THE MIDDLE IS FULL OF TREES. STAY OUT OF THE MIDDLE WHERE THE TREES ARE. If you want to go to the other side of the lake drive around the middle not through it. Go down by the dam and drive around the middle. Just saying. OMG It's like a minefield out there. The Pope couldn't make it across there without hitting a tree when the water starts going down.

We launched at Anchor Inn today. Caught most of our fish over by Sun Point. Took the long route around by the dam getting from one side to the other.

We fish several times a week all year long, either Holiday or the St Park is where we always launch, nice friendly there an excellent ramp and safe, also help is available if needed. Hard to beat these 2.
