Was on Cedar Creek on Wednesday 5/27

Went out in the morning with friend Don Phillips and we found fish in 15 fow the Rock Pile. Caught 48: 31 whites, 6 short hybrids, and 11 keeper sized yellows. Went in after 2 1/2 hours. Went back out alone at 12:30pm and found fish at Iron Wall HumP in 23 fow. Caught 58 more: 39 whites, 3 legal hybrids, a short hybrid, a cat and 14 keeper sized yellows. All fish on both trips were caught on #4 Mepps swimming them up from or along the bottom. Have a couple of pics but don't know how to post them from my smartphone.

Someone posted a good map of cedar creek with all the good spots marked with the names..anyone have that? We were thinking about Sunday

It was my first day ever on Cedar Creek on Wednesday. We pulled up on the Rock Pile just as Dennis was leaving. I felt honored to meet Dennis and say hello to a fisherman that has really helped me improve my game. We caught a few whites, undersized hybrids, and very small yellow bass. My day was not near as good as Dennis's day. I fished the afternoon and got into the big hybrids late in the day. It was a great learning experience and fun to visit places on the lake that I had only read about on the forum. I also ran into Snagging Steve and Polar on the lake. It was a fun day. Again; it was nice to meet you Dennis.

I'm glad you had a good trip. It was good to meet you.
