Granbury help - 05/16/15 02:13 AM

My in-laws live on lake granbury and next weeked I was planning on taking my father-in-law out but I have never fished granbury and have no idea where to start. I tried looking that the navionics webapp but I don't see many humps since its basically just following the river channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you launch at the city ramps and go toward the dam, after a couple of bends, you will see some power lines that cross the lake.

I have always been able to find fish in the flats off the channel, and in the channel in that area.

I don't tend to fill the boat with fish, so I am sure there are better sources of info than what I can give you.

Granbury is pure mud right now. Fishing is good if you can find clear water. Needs time to settle out.

Fishing is not good right now, maybe in couple of weeks or when rain slows down.
