Yes at Nolan River Park. Look at the park on google maps there is a road going south from the loop. Zero in on it and you can see the ramp plus parking

To get to Nolan Park is all dirt roads, pretty rough. Kimball Bend is a much easier launch and not too long of a ride if your going up the Nolan.

The Nolan ramp has been a pretty tough place in the past. @3-4 years ago there was a dead bovine in the parking lot. Past few times I've been there better, but still not my favorite place to park. Launch at Kimble, or Lakeside, long run, but the truck will be there when you get back.
