TWAK dead stick Monster

After 59 days it was finally time to take a break from the duck, deer, and pig killing hiatus to try and slam some fish! We hit several areas yesterday looking bait everywhere but no fish. We finally found them suspended deep late in the afternoon. 42' suspended around 25-35 and boy were they on the Deadstick bite! We killed the striper and hybrids, and in the mix caught this monster!! 34.5" 16#.... She was released very healthy to become the next lake record hopefully. Incredible fish.....

Takes guts to stay on the water at Tawok when a storm comes up. Either that or lack of experience. Tawakoni waves in the wind is something I want to avoid.
