When tie on a jig or 2 or 3 what wt. line , and what loop knot?

My experience fishing for stripers and hybrids, loop knot will not hold.
Double clinch, physicians, and a host of others that don't have too much play work best.
You can google knots and get u tube tutorials.

I use palomar knots, and 20 lb flouro between jigs. I use 30 lb braid above them, but that is really personal preference.

I like to use drop shot clips. I have also put split rings on barrel swivels and done just as good

Use a drop shot clip, they work! Loop knots are great for lure manufacturers:)
