Congratulations Wildman of the navidad. Nice fish! I have noticed a lot of fishing pressure on that creek. Lot of houses going up in that area. Hope the fishing stays good.

There is a ton of pressure on that creek between springbranch and I-10 i rarely fish it above I-10 not because the fish aren't there more so because someone's usually in your spot or your spot is trashed out if a man can find some where to put in a kayak he could have a field day all the way to the San Antonio

Congrats thumb

I put my boat in there a couple weeks ago at Schaefer. There was not much water and an absurd amount of grass, it was enough to be a problem. Could only make it maybe 1/4miles downstream until it became a "walking"only fishery. I'd like to find an access point with more water to fish that creek.

Thanks fitz and there’s a lot of places south of SA that have a lot more water and quite a few more crossings where Some one could actually paddle somewhere it gets more river like the further south you go....

There is a ton of fishing pressure at Crescent Bend. I am surprised that the fishing is still good there! thumb

Side Note: I know Chuck has been trying for years to get that record! Good job on finding that nice bull! What was the bait used?
