Bryan you beat me to it. Was going to post it today! Another GREAT REPLICA by Bryan Russell aka Fish Mounter. You Sir are one SUPER GOOD artist! Again super job and a beautiful fish!




Side Note: The fish is the current Salado Creek Warmouth Record. The fish was caught in June of 2011 and it's weight was .62 Lbs. The length was 8.45".

I love catching warmouth. I have a small creek near me that is a little trophy warmouth spot. Great fish and nice mount.

Warmouth are the one sunfish species I have yet to catch. Have caught greens, red spotted, rios, etc but still no Warmouth. Great looking replica!

They almost look like a cross between a Smallmouth and Redear.

I use to catch a lot of these in south Florida ....they're tasty!

Another great mount to add to your beautiful collection. I've been trying to catch one that big but have been unsuccessful up to this point.

Peytonator, I catch them in the Yegua. Both around Irwin bridge and in the spillway.

I recently set a state record for a hybrid sunfish. How much to make a replica? I have tons of photos.

Is a warmouth and a shellcracker the same sub-specie of sunfish?

Warmouth and "shell cracker" red ear sunfish are each their own species of sunfish
