Dunno if it was a good morning or not

Went to a local park and tied on a copper Mepps in hope of some Sunfish. It's been slow so far this spring. In one hour I caught six Catfish and a Carp. Really? That's why I only use lures, to avoid them. Oh well. Good fights on ultralight gear and I didn't get skunked.

Any day is a good day fishing. Catching Catfish and Carp on ultra light alone is a GREAT DAY! What even makes it GREATER is that you nailed em on lures. Nicely done.

A fight is a fight! Nothing better than screamin' drag on an ultralight... and trying to land that 5lb+ piggie!
