Good eating

Breaded the bluegills I caught yesterday, couple of catfish fillets I had in the freezer, and cooked them in the deepfryer for supper. Cooked way too much and, therefore ate too much. I liked the bluegills better than the catfish. Just a personal preference.


The plate of fish was after we had already put fish on our plates. Did I cook too many? LOL

ActionJackson and GitterDone, thanks for the kind words. I enjoy everything about fishing, including rods, reels, and gear, and especially fishing, catching, cleaning, cooking, and eating. Like trying trying different ways to cook them. Also, enjoy taking pictures and sharing them. Glad I got hooked on fishing when I was young. It is a great lifetime sport. Well, I'm rambling.
