Just tied up a few black beetles to try on bluegill, when the water goes back down.
Size 10 3906 hook
Peacock herl body
Grizzly hackle for the legs
2mm Black foam back

Looks great, try some yellow/chartreuse and some white with red dots. I've had great luck with those colors. I also add some silly legs.
